The Platform uses only strictly necessary technical cookies and storage mechanisms required for the electronic signature service to work correctly. We do not use analytics, advertising, personalization or social media cookies.

3. Legal basis

The use of strictly necessary cookies is exempt from the consent requirement pursuant to Article 22.2 of Ley 34/2002 (LSSI-CE, Spanish Information Society Services Act) and the guidelines of the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD, Spanish Data Protection Authority). We nevertheless expressly inform users of their use in the interest of transparency.
