1. Purpose

This Legal Notice governs the use of the website and platform Sign HUB (hereinafter, the "Platform"), owned by HUB DESPACHOS Y PYMES, S.L. (hereinafter, "the Owner").

The Platform provides a service for the electronic signature of PDF documents and the application of a qualified electronic seal in accordance with Reglamento (UE) 910/2014 (eIDAS), delivered as SaaS and integrated with third-party business management systems (Bitrix24 and similar).

2. Terms of use

The Platform may be accessed by means of:

Installation of the application by a contracting professional client (through its Bitrix24 CRM).
Public access to the verifier of signed documents.
Individual access through a personal signing link sent by email.

The user undertakes to make appropriate use of the contents and services of the Platform and not to use them for unlawful purposes, for purposes harmful to the rights and interests of third parties, or in any way that may damage, disable, overload or impair the Platform.

3. Intellectual and industrial property

The contents, design, source code, logos, trademarks and other elements of the Platform are the property of the Owner or its licensors. Their reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation, in whole or in part, without the Owner's express written authorization is prohibited.

4. Liability

The Owner does not guarantee the continuous and permanent availability of the services and shall not be liable for any damages caused by temporary unavailability, force majeure or failures in the data transmission networks.

The Owner adopts reasonable technical and organizational measures to guarantee the integrity of signed documents, including a qualified electronic seal, time stamping, SHA-256 cryptographic hash and immutable custody for a minimum of 5 years.

5. Governing law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute concerning its interpretation or application shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the place of the Owner's registered office, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.
